You would have had to be living under a rock for the past year or so, if you haven’t heard the big Tablet PC debate. Amazon’s Kindle Fire, Barnes & Noble’s Nook or Apple’s iPad; these are the top three tablets computers that are making their way into people’s homes and businesses. Not everyone is sure what the best option is, so let us give you a Kindle Fire review.
This 7-inch Android, Amazon Kindle Fire tablet has some great uses. You can read a great novel or your monthly magazine, listen to your music, watch videos and even play games. The Amazon Silk browser is not too shabby either, as far as tablet computers are concerned. The more you use it the more it gets to know you and your preferences, and unlike your spouse, it pays attention to your interests. Kindle also made ease of use, one of their number one priorities. Simply turn it on and you immediately know where to go and what to do.
We have heard of some issues of watching movies. According to online reviews you must be connected to Wi-Fi in order to watch a rented movie. If you buy the movie you can download it, but you have to download it to the device and not the cloud. We found it hard to find the appropriate answer as to whether you could watch a movie without the use of Wi-Fi, or if you had to watch it streaming.
Sales of Amazon’s Kindle Fire are up and with a price tag of $199; it sure beats out the higher cost of the iPad. Since launching the Kindle Fire in November of 2011, the tablet accounts for 54.4% of the Android tablet market according to a report in ComScore, in April of 2012. Looks like Apple should take heed.
The Kindle is looking to expand its mobile marketing presence by making some changes and upgrades to the device. Increased sales of digital content such as movies, games and applications will help increase its span in the market. However, the Fire is not the only tablet on the market that is upping its mobile marketing skill. Look for more competition among other tablet developers.
As far as we are concerned this Kindle Fire review stands up against the iPad with confidence. The Kindle is aware of what it can accomplish and does so with pride. Many find that it will do what it needs to do, for a tablet PC, at a much cheaper price, and that is good enough for many. Click Amazon Kindle Fire for more information.
